Statement of Faith
Second Chance Community Outreach, Inc.
At Second Chance Community Outreach, we believe in a God of restoration, grace, and boundless mercy. Our mission flows from a deep conviction that no life is beyond redemption and that every person deserves an opportunity to begin again. We hold to the following core beliefs:
God of Grace
We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who is loving, just, and full of grace. His mercy is extended to all, regardless of past mistakes.
The Bible
We believe the Holy Scriptures are the inspired Word of God and our foundation for truth, guidance, and transformation.
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who came to restore the broken, redeem the lost, and offer forgiveness and new life to all who believe. His life, death, and resurrection open the door to a second chance for every soul.
Salvation and Second Chances
We believe salvation is a gift from God, received by faith in Jesus Christ. Through Him, we are forgiven, renewed, and empowered to live with purpose. Every person can experience a second chance, no matter how far they
have fallen.
Transformation Through the Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit dwells within believers, enabling personal transformation, healing, and growth in righteousness.
The Church as a Place of Restoration
We believe the Church is a community of grace—a spiritual family that welcomes the hurting, walks with the broken, and helps restore hope, dignity, and direction.
A Call to Love and Rebuild
We believe we are called to love our neighbors, serve the marginalized, and help rebuild lives through compassion, accountability,
and support.
Hope in Christ’s Return
We believe Jesus will return again to complete His work of justice and restoration, establishing a Kingdom where mercy triumphs over judgment.

Code of Conduct for Leadership
Second Chance Community Outreach, Inc.
Integrity Through Accountability
Leaders are expected to walk in truth and humility. Mistakes from the past do not disqualify someone from service, but ongoing accountability, transparency, and a commitment to moral growth are essential.
Commitment to Service Over Status
Leadership is a role of servanthood. We lead by example, putting the needs of others before personal gain, and using our experiences to lift others up.
Financial Transparency
Leaders must steward resources with honesty and care. Any appearance of financial impropriety will be promptly addressed with full transparency.
Confidentiality
All leaders must respect the personal stories, struggles, and privacy of those we serve. What is shared in confidence will remain confidential unless disclosure is legally or ethically required.
Restoration Over Perfection
We recognize that no one is perfect. When leaders fall short, we commit to honest reflection, repentance, and restoration—not hiding our failures, but learning from them.
Boundaries and Conduct
Leaders will maintain healthy, appropriate boundaries in all relationships. Abuse of power, manipulation, or exploitation in any form will not be tolerated.
Respect for All Persons
We honor the dignity and humanity of every individual, regardless of background, status, or past mistakes. Judgment has no place here—only compassion and justice..
Sobriety and Wellness
Leaders must avoid the use of drugs or alcohol in ways that impair judgment, cause harm, or jeopardize our mission. We encourage a lifestyle that promotes health, peace, and responsibility.
Unity in Mission
While we may come from different walks of life, we agree to act in unity, placing the mission of Second Chance above personal disputes or disagreements.
Faith in Action
We will strive to live out the values we teach—mercy, forgiveness, growth, and faith—not as a performance, but as a daily discipline.
